Job description / Role
We are currently working for an expanding life assurance company that is currently undergoing huge regional growth. As such, they are expanding their administrative arm and are looking to recruit an Operations Executive.
Our client is committed to providing the best possible level of service to their clients and the Operations executive will ensure a continuous level of quality administration support throughout the whole customer support lifecycle.
Applications are invited from individuals with prior experience with Regular Saving Products.
Requirements
You will work as a part of a team to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure that all customer enquiries and issues are dealt with professionally and timely.
We encourage applications from those with previous insurance experience and a solid understanding of regular saving vehicles and products.
We are looking for a great communicator who is able to work as part of team as well as autonomously and someone who has exemplary time management skills.
Insurance experience is mandatory. Working hours are 8-6.
