The RoleThe RoleA Major Facilities Management consultancy have been established for the last 10 years are seeking an experienced professional to join their team immediately in Riyadh. Currently overseeing prestigious projects across the Middle East, from Jordan through to the UAE. The Director of Facilities Management is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Riyadh. One would be responsible for mixed use projects at construction, hand over through to operations. One would oversee all hard services and maintenance related issues. One would manage all SLA's and ensure projects run smoothly as well as Consulting for projects at construction to hand over phase. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe chosen candidate should be Degree educated with a background in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services and with exceptional fluency in spoken and written English. One should have a solid background in Facilities Management operations and to manage large projects. One should have client facing experience and a highly professional manner. Preferably one should already be in the GCC and willing to reside in Riyadh. One should have experience working on mixed use projects. Preferably one should have experience in the UK market. This is an immediate role to join a highly professional organisation. |
