Job description / Role
Assist with the management of the Funds Support group on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of assigned functions in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
Manage team activities and ensure accuracy on NAV, develop trained knowledgeable team members.
Review new processes for completeness as required.
Assist with ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded.
Assist with the Development and Training of departmental personnel.
Establish service oriented environment
Requirements
Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
4-7 years experience in Operations in a leading international/regional investment bank if relevant to the position.
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to coach team members as necessary
Solutions oriented and client focused.
Good I.T. skills and understanding of systems.
Ability to interact effectively with management.
Display Specialist knowledge / understanding of the functions and requirements required with an Operations environment.
Good analytical skills
Ability to manage staff and delegate as required.
Ability to Monitor and control teams activity to ensure that requirements are met as required.
Perform quality and internal controls in respect of all team deliverables as required.
