As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility program, KEO are assisting an Animal Care Organization, seek a dynamic candidate for the following position:

Operations Manager – Animal Care

This exciting and professionally challenging role based in Kuwait, will offer a tremendous opportunity to those who can accept and meet challenges in a very active environment.

The organization is rapidly expanding and has unique opportunities and scope to accelerate career progression for the right individual.

With its own Call Centre and income generating Grooming and Retail divisions; the Operations Manager will be overall responsible for all management activities which cover, but are not limited to:

1. Customer Service for a diverse clientele market
2. Staff resource management, including training & development
3. Marketing and sales
4. Budgetary controls, including purchasing and inventory management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be expected to harness an inclusive working environment which encourages team work, high energy and creativity. They should possess strong management and leadership skills abilities: and be able to demonstrate strategy development, problem resolution and expertise in all aspects of communications. Interest and promotion of animal care is essential.

We would be pleased to hear from those Candidates, who fulfill the above requirements. A university Degree in a relevant field as well as experience in a similar previous role is required. Bilingual Arabic/English is not essential, but preferred.
