Operations Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned construction contracting group with years of experience in their sector. Our client has established themselves as one of the leading providers of world class construction and civil engineering projects in the Middle East, they are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Operations Manager.

This role will be responsible for growing and developing an already strong department.
- You will be responsible for maximising the company profits as well as managing the business operations consistent with the companys vision and objectives.
- You will recruit top level candidates, develop strategies and identify educational opportunities designed to enhance staff effectiveness.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience coupled with a proven track record of being able to deal with and deliver at this level.

* It is essential you are an Arabic speaker and have experience working within the UAE.
