Operations Manager - Saudi National

Operations Manager Role for SAUDI NATIONALS available with a growing multinational Cosmetics Company in GCC Region. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for keeping the business expansion as effectual as possible in terms of legal requirements, stock management, and new shops. This job is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia but will travel regularly between Jeddah and Dubai

Responsibilities:
• Research, coordinate, and implement improved product delivery logistics from UK to KSA location
• Create, organize, and facilitate contracts, banking, health insurance, and legal issues
• Provide advice on employment law, contracts, and other local compliance matters
• Ensure the Saudi Branch business has all required legal documents
• Advise regional head office on any changes in law which will have an impact on our KSA business
• Organize, implement, and facilitate accurate stock management in regards to ordering and stock takes
• Coordinate and organize local project management of new shop openings in support of the MENA head office New Shops Manager, working with contractors and all relevant parties necessary on the ground along with the Retail Manager
• Coordinate and organize shop maintenance
• Organize received marketing materials for printing and distribution
• Oversee and manage local PRO

Requirements

Requirements:
• Saudi Nationals only
• Must have a high level of awareness of contracts, legal issues, and employment law within Saudi Arabia in order ensure that as our business expands we are ready for each opportunity and overcome any challenges along the way in the most ethical way possible.
• Hands-on attitude who is willing to get involved at every level of the business beyond company structure
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong written and verbal Arabic and English communication sills
• Ability to travel regularly between Jeddah and Dubai
• Open mind and can-do attitude that reflects that no challenge is too big to be solved and overcome
