Operations Manager - Facilities Management

Role:
Senior Level role taking a management key role in the day to day operations running of a well established facilities management business. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone the engineering side of Facilities Management keen to take a leadership role. The role will include the smooth running of existing contracts as well as developing new business. Current projects cover multiple industry sectors including hospitality, commercial and residential buildings. Projects cover the full spectrum of FM services. The role will be commercial involved in the success of the business and be involved in growing and developing the business in future

The successful candidate will have come from a hands on hard Facilities Manager role and moved into operations and management. They will be prepared to be a hands on senior manager getting involved as much as required to drive the success of the business in all areas.

Requirements

* Excellent track record in facilities management
* Senior level management experience
* Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Facilities Management - hard and soft services
* From an engineering/hard services background originally
* Project experience to ideally include the hospitality sector or a breadth of sectors
* Proven track record of taking leadership roles
* Excellent Management ability
* Keen to take a key role in the leadership and running of a successful company
