Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a foremost facilities management service company that is a leading TFM service provider. Our client has recently grown to become a market leader across the GCC and is looking to hire a Operations Manager (Facilities) to join their organisation in Doha.
You will be responsible for maintaining high level relationships and managing multiple prestigious residential and commercial developments across the area. You will also supervise around 800 staff whilst reporting directly to the COO of the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years' experience within maintenance and facilities management. You should be fully operational and technically strong. It is essential you have experience of managing large portfolios along with a background in MEP. Our client has stated a preference for a fluent Arabic speaker or Western educated candidate for this role.
