Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Operations Manager to work for a large fashion retailer within the Middle East.

The successful Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Full responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of service throughout the business
• The ability to provide impeccable customer care and the highest standards of service within a fast paced environment
• Responsibility for setting up management systems to ensure reporting and analysis for existing and future growth through consistent, efficient and comprehensive controls.
• Full responsibility for developing impeccable and comprehensive operating manuals, standard operating procedures and training procedures for the implementation throughout the business
• Driving the highest standards throughout the business while the company expands
• Responsibility for between 10 – 15 sites
• Achieving the agreed business plan and budgets
• Responsibility for building the business, through innovative and creative vision
• Management of all new store openings
• Management training and development
• Strictly control costs, meeting and beating targets and budgets

Requirements

The successful Retail Operations Manager will need the following:

• Single or Multi Brand operational experience
• 5 years of Operations Management experience in fashion retail
• Knowledge and experience of footwear fashion retail is desirable
