Job description / Role
Well established Arabic Contractor is looking to appoint a Operations Manager / General Manager for the operations of the Building Division in Algeria. Having recently been appointed 2 Number Large Scale Towers, the business is looking to make this appointment. Your role will be looking after existing projects, banging down doors to prospective new clients, managing existing relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of all work in country . Reporting directly back into the Board in the United Arab Emirates.
Arabic speaking is desired but however isn't essential for this role. The MENA Experience is whats desired so that you can hit the ground running and get on with the job in hand.
Run the show in country.
Requirements
10 Years Plus in a General Manager / Operations Capacity for a Well Established top 20 Building Contractor in the MENA Region
Degree Qualified
Large Scale Project Exposure 700 Million AED Minimum Experience required
Experience of managing all departments Technical , Planning , Commercial & Operations Departments
PACKAGE IN REGION OF 100,000 AED TO 130,000 AED for the right character
