The RoleThe RoleAED 10 – 15k pm + family benefits Our client, a multinational company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for Cleaning Service Managers with experience in the provision of cleaning services to hospitals. Your role will be to lead, control and manage the provision of cleaning services to meet commercial, financial, customer service and quality requirements in the most effective manner. The Operations Manager will lead, manage and motivate on site cleaning teams to deliver services and maintain and build and excellent rapport with the clients, staff and visitors alike, ensure compliance with Company and Client policies and procedures, ensure the delivery of cleaning services meets agreed standards and site specifications through the use of cleaning schedules and optimum use of labour, set and maintain standards of cleaning and cleaning techniques, report deficiencies in equipment, materials or work areas in accordance with agreed procedure, complete audits and inspections in accordance with agreed schedule and regime including joint audits and inspections with client representative if required be fully accountable for commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times, all health, safety and hygiene is compliant and conducting staff training and development. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience, have demonstrated progressive career growth and have extensive experience in the provision of cleaning services to hospitals. You must have strong management experience and not afraid to make decisions, You must be hard working and have the ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations. You will have the ability to multi-task and establish priorities, maintain organisation in a changing and stressful environment, exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership and possess a thorough knowledge of commercial issues and contract administration.
