Employment: Full Time

A Multinational Property Management Company is currently seeking an Operations Manager based in the Abu Dhabi branch.

With a unique and impressive portfolio of prestigious Properties, that includes Residential and Commercial buildings, Shopping Malls, they are recognized as one of the world’s First Class in the Property Management sector, generating revenue over US$ 200 Billion.

Due to newly awarded contracts, they are seeking a Facilities Manager for a prestigious Shopping Mall in Abu Dhabi.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, coordinating the operational aspect of the property, maintain and improves the value of the Asset;
• Implement PPM programmes;
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on site for both Technical Services (MEP maintenance, BMS Systems) and Soft Services (cleaning, security, landscaping) and monitor their performance;
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery and equipment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Property Management Industry
• Technical Degree Qualified (Engineering is preferred)
• Strong experience in managing Shopping Malls
• Strong knowledge of the Technical FM Services and Building Systems
• UAE experience and based in Abu Dhabi or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi
