Job description / Role
On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an Operations Manager for a new French restaurant concept that will be launched in the next coming months.
Reporting to the Owner the successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and will be responsible for the entire management of said restaurant which includes HR, SOP's, dealing with government entities regarding health and safety, dealing with suppliers, menu pricing, financial aspects, inventory management and recruiting of staff.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have been instrumental in the start up of two previous food and beverage outlets in Dubai relating to the above operational management and procedures. Fluency in English is essential and only candidates who have this experience need apply and will be considered.
