As well as its flagship stores which focus on lingerie, Victoria's Secret also operate Victoria's Secret Beauty and Accessories stores, a unique concept, giving customers access to a range of products from the brand. Along with the beauty products, VSBA offers exclusive branded accessories including cosmetic cases, travel collection, small leather goods sunglasses and handbags. The vision of the business is to create a brand with high emotional content that makes woman feel alluring, sophisticated and forever young - It is all about her! Victoria's Secret delivers a best-in-class, captivating branded customer experience that builds loyalty, not just through the product but through the customer service experience provided by the in store staff.

The Role:

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for achieving all targets set by the business plan as well as store and employee performance management. You will also actively contribute to business development including new store openings and identifying opportunities for staff and business development. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities you will be expected to build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity that, once fed back into central teams, allows us to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

* English language skills are essential

* Arabic skills would be an advantage

* At least 3 years' multi-site experience preferred

* You must be computer literate
