Employment: Full Time

An Operations Manager is required in Abu Dhabi, UAE by an EPC Contracting company.

My Client is well-known in Power and Water & Drainage projects. Their Clients are AADC, ADDC, ADWEA, ADSSC, ADNOC.

The Operations Manager will be reporting to the General Manager. He will be accountable for the overall performance of the company on a day to day basis. This will involve overseeing the organization¡¦s operations to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, service, adherence to timeframes and cost effective management of resources to ensure the company¡¦s objectives and targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 18 years experience with at least 6 years at Executive Management level
• Experience in strategy development and delivery
• Experience in planning and delivery of high value infrastructure projects with government and private sector partnerships
• Sound understanding of finance
• Good computer skills
• Very good command of English
• Arabic is an asset
