Salary 15000-18000/Medical /Benefits
One of a leading chain of Bakeries & Café, is looking to hire an Operations Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
You will be responsible for monitoring and supervision of production from receiving of materials to delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the Production departments
-Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory
-Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
-Formulate and implement departmental, and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
-Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
-Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance
-Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
-Monitor performance and implement improvements and ensure quality of products
-Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
-Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
-Provide technical support where necessary
Requirements
-Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in the similar industry
-College degree in business administration, commerce, management.
-Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
-Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
-Fluent in English & another language
-Information technology skills
