Job description / Role
Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to be based in Qatar.
This company is a professional services company with offices across the region. They require someone to manage their day to day operations team and also engage in client liaison.
Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the operations team providing effective support to new and existing clients. Ensure all clients receive effective professional communication throughout their total business implementation for all Companys clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Solve problems, make decisions and propose solutions to improve processes and procedures.
Manage the operations team and make sure that all assigned tasks are completed.
Ensure clients are kept up to date about all documentation requirements and liaise with the business development team.
Liaison with both external and in-house Legal departments.
Effective and timely communication to all necessary internal departments.
Liaise with the business development team effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks as agreed with clients.
Resolve client complaints swiftly and effectively.
Keep client database up to date.
Complete all reports in a timely manner.
Complete all general administration in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates and other departments as required.
Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required.
Attend networking events and business meetings as and when required.
Promote the Companys brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects the high standards of the company.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required
3-5 years Operations experience
Qatar or international driving license
Knowledge and Skills
IT competency
