Operations Manager

Job description / Role

One of my clients, the leading F&B Franchise Management companies in Kuwait, are expanding their team and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for one of their most popular brands. Priding themselves on their passion for quality food and service, my client are focused on finding the ideal candidates to join their growing team.

The role of Operations Manager has a number of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 35 stores
- Indirect reports of up to 500 employees
- Mystery Shopper reports
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and evaluating team members to ensure they have the necessary skill base and that their potential is maximised
- Plan and organize events, promotions, sales and special marketing activities, while liaising with the Marketing department and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies
- Suggest and guide specific brand training while ensuring compliance with the set standards and making recommendations for effectiveness improvement

Requirements

- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- 5 years minimum of experience in Operations Management in food
- Strong knowledge in accounting/financial systems
- HACCP certification
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Food & Beverage Management
