Our healthcare client based in Dubai is looking to recruit an Operations Manager.

Description of the Role:
- The Operations Manager is a key role within this organisation to hold together key areas of managing the business operationally ensuring a smooth and compliant organisation.
- Functionally, this person will manage 8 internal direct reports consisting of the Administration team who will provide logistical, administrative and communication support to the nurses and general public and clients, as well as the Accountant, who is responsible for all financial aspects of the business. In addition there are a team of 13 drivers who will be managed by the Operations Manager also.
- As both a team leader and individual contributor, this person will ensure operational effectiveness in the following key areas: Logistics, Administration, Finance, HR for Operations Team and Customer Care.

Logistics:
- Ensures the routing and organisation of drivers is best practise
- Scheduling drivers in collaboration with clinical care team requirements
- Scheduling Administrators to ensure a fully manned support team for head office
- Licensing, Salik, maintenance, tracking and hygiene of vehicles
- On time transportation of Nurses and collection of fees from clients

Administration:
- Management of Administration Team
- Onboarding and training of administration team
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Collaboration with Head office and Clinical and Business Development Teams
- Petty cash control for office
- Ensuring stationery and procurement in place for office requirements
- Facilities management of office
- Ordering of Uniforms
- Administration of phones, insurance, contracts
- Report writing relating to clients and bookings
- Maintenance of records
- Filing systems
- Archiving

Finance & HR:
- Line Management of Accountant, Drivers and Admin Team
- Recruitment and selection
- Onboarding
- Induction
- Training and Development
- Situational Leadership
- Appraisals and development meetings
- Collection of cash through drivers
- Recording of cash collection
- Balancing with Accountant
- Employee Relations
- P&L, Reconciliation and financial reporting management with Accountant
- Salary Certificates , NOCs and liaison with HR

Customer Care:
- Ensuring first class customer experience for EHN Customers through:
- Call handling
- Follow up calls
- Customer liaison
- Customer surveys
- Record Keeping

Requirements

- Admin & Management Qualifications preferred
- Situational Leadership skills
- Logistics, Facilities or Homecare experience preferred
