Job description / Role
Our client a Global Organisation which deals with financial services. They provide e-money products for consumers as well as white label and off the shelf solutions for businesses.
Nature of the role are as follows:
- Manage the day-to-day activities arising from their programs with clients, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and partners to ensure efficiencies are achieved.
- Identify and resolve issues as they occur, keeping stakeholders informed about the planned resolution and timescales.
- Manage local vendor partnerships ensuring efficiency and cost saving are maximised.
- Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge on the programs and delivered solutions.

Requirements
- Substantial experience working in the financial services industry. Experience in the card industry would be very advantageous.
- Previously carried out Operations/Relationship Manager type roles.
- Able to analyse complex situations, recommend solutions and see them through to completion
- Arabic speaker would be advantageous.
