Charterhouse is working with a market leader within the Home Services Industry who is based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction. Dealing with day-to-day issues on the CEOs behalf you will engage with the marketing team to heighten occupancy rates as well as increasing efficiency across the board. Reporting directly to the CEO, the overall management and operation of service and marketing will fall under your remit.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 7 years experience in facilities management or hospitality with a background in home services. It is essential you are approachable, motivated and have a positive attitude.
