The RoleThe RoleLeading global brand owner within retail restaurant industry is seeking an Operations Manager based in Dubai to drive their expanding business across the UAE. Role description As Operations Manager reporting into the Managing Director for the Middle East, you will responsible for driving innovation and marketing strategies across 7 stores in the UAE. Furthermore, will be ensuring all reporting and control procedures across customer service, production, hygiene and operational compliance are adhered to. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will posses a minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple Food and Beverage retail outlets, preferably for a multi-national organisation. Furthermore, you will have proven communication skills within a cross-cultural environment, whereby you have influenced change through knowledge and education. Moreover, you will have to demonstrable experience rolling out new products and developing innovative methods of production to streamline delivery, enhance quality and increase revenue. |
