Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Operations department contains two main departments; individual Operations and Corporate Operations to provide a wide range of services that supports the Companys clients.

Being a key member in the Company; the Operations Manager is expected to assure that everything runs according the direction of the Companys strategy communicated by the Chief Operations Officer, to represent the Company and his/her department in major negotiations internally and externally, to make sure all resources are used in the most efficient way, and communicate effectively to the team

Requirements

- Bachelor degree from a recognized university, preferable in Actuarial sciences
- MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Insurance field with a previous experience in managerial role

Language skills:
- Excellent English
