Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we operate construction and manufacturing businesses, design & development centres and a host of facilities in the Middle East and other countries. The client is involved in:
Electrical, Electromechanical and Civil Engineering Construction
Manufacturing and Marketing Electrical Construction Products
Allied Engineering Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Well prepare and implement strategic & operational plans
2. To monitor the existing system and to make continuous improvement Maintained effective & efficient (the) Company processes.
3. Managing the processes of preparation, implementation of (the) Company strategic operational plans, budgets and adequate strategies to achieve agreed upon goals & objectives
4. Highlighting a synergetic approach among all business units through timely proper communication to all target groups.
5. Monitoring the achievements and deviations through (The) Company plans and providing regularly progress reports to the board any type of corrective and preventive actions.
6. Maintaining (the) Company documentation and continuous improving of these systems through maximizing the benefits of having strong management information system applications.
7. Monitoring and Improving team performance
8. Building capacities of the (the) Company team regarding professional, technical knowledge
performance and best practices.
9. Full compliance and adherence with existing policies and procedures

Requirements

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering is a must P.M.P and Master degree in management or engineering is preferable
10-12 years experience 05-06 years in the similar field.
Very good command of both written and oral English.
Very good user of Computer applications and Internet.
Results oriented, dedicated, independent, decisive and well organized.
