Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for Enerflex's Oman operations including, but not limited to, business development, personnel, plant operations and maintenance, customer relations, employee hiring approvals, EFX delivery commitments, operating EFX office in Muscat and implementing EFX system and values.

1.Establish, manage and expand Enerflex business in Oman.
2.Promote Enerflex abilities with local customers and suppliers.
3.Work to make Enerflex the preferred service provider for oil and gas firms
4.Lead and be responsible for delivery of current Oman project (customer expectations, budgets, resources and schedules)
5.Responsible for OPEX and annual/project budgets. Create and hold business unit accountable for budgets
6.Develop and enforce needed in-country HR policies
7.Advise Supervisor on business matters and updates
8.Promote and ensure implementation of Enerflex values and processes within business unit
9.Ensure safe working practices
10.Build an employee work environment that is ethical, healthy and innovative

Requirements

Minimum experience of ten years managing various elements of a business in the oil and gas service sector
In-depth knowledge of EPG and gas compression systems & equipment operations with exposure to maintenance methodologies and practices
Proven functional management of various levels of staff
Ability to manage people remotely
Strong communication and public relations skills in English (Arabic would be an asset)
