Job description / Role
The incumbent will have to manage activities associated with the company's purchases, sales and waterborne transportation movements in order to ensure the right products, in the right amounts arrive at end customers safely and on time.
The Operations Manager is also the key role to ensure that tank-tops resulting in shut-ins are avoided.
The individual will develop supply and demand balances incorporating lifting schedules, other purchase commitments, sales commitments, and transportation commitments including identifying spot purchase, sales, and shipping requirements for use in forecasting and projecting.

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the Operations function within the Petroleum industry. My client is looking to recruit a Operations Manager.
