Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Full responsibility of identifying creating implementing, reviewing successful Comprehensive & integrated plans for all Technical and Maintenance operations. In Order to enhance activities for the Company to enhance customer service levels & Cost efficiency to meet approved standards and objectives with high responsiveness to Customer needs & business opportunities by defining & implemented strategies aimed at retention and enhancement of existing market share.

As senior member the responsibilities encompass, Operational processes, Business Development, Manufacturing, Technical Processes and Procurement. The Operational responsibility is to oversee the status of the product in the market, presenting financial results like profit and loss, evaluated procurement process from manufacturing and logistics. Follow product development to reach the best technical status.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and implement strategic & operational plans.
2. Monitor the existing system and to make continuous improvements, however maintaining effective & efficient processes.
3. Managing the processes of preparation, implementation of all Company strategic. operational plans, budgets and adequate strategies to achieve agreed goals & objectives
4. Synergetic approach among all business units through timely effective communication to all target groups.
5. Monitoring the achievements and deviations through the Company plans and providing regularly progress reports to the board detailing all types of corrective and preventive actions.
6. Maintaining the Companys documentation and Quality Management system. Continuous improvement of the system through maximizing the benefits of having strong management information system applications.
7. Monitoring and Improving team performance.
8. Building capacities and knowledge of the operational and technical staff regarding professional, technical and performance through best practices.
9. Full compliance and adherence with existing policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering is a must P.M.P and Master's degree in Management or Engineering is preferable.
- 10-12 years experience 05-06 years in the similar field.
- Very good command of both written and oral English and Arabic desirable.
