Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a successful and growing food and beverage operator with numerous franchised brands in a number of regional markets.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for driving the businesses strategic growth with focus on one particular brand. This position will solely focus on the Saudi Arabian market and will be responsible for growing the number of sites from 0 to 30+ in 10 years.
You will be responsible for growing the QSR brand through the identification and acquisition of important sites. In addition to being responsible for recruitment, you will also be fully P&L responsible.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be currently working in the Saudi Arabian market with either a QSR or casual dining brand. Experience in growing a brand in Saudi Arabia is essential. Franchise experience would be extremely advantageous.
