Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a Sharia compliant investment bank with a capital of over SAR 800,000 million. Our client offers wide ranging investment services that support both individual as well as corporate financial goals. Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Risk Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Management to establish and communicate the company's enterprise risk management objectives and direction.
- Assist the management with integrating operational risk management with strategy and development process of our client.
- Assist the Managing Director/CEO,CFO and Executive Committee to develop and communicate risk management policies, risk appetite and risk limits.
- Ensures effective alignment between the ERM process and internal audit and risk financing.
- Assist the CEO and Executive Committee with capital resource allocation.
- Establis, communicate and facilitate the use of appropriate enterprise risk management capabilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5years experience in Operations Risk
- Previous experience in same or similar role
- Good Analytical skills
- Saudi National
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in banking sector
