Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This job is expected to ensure that the ADCB strategy to promote remittances business and migrate customers to remittance channels is executed effectively. To promote efficient functioning of the business at operations, services and partnership levels and add value to the Remittances proposition.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Coordination:
- Support business plan for remittances
- Liaise with legal/ compliance/ partners and service providers towards tie ups and new initiatives
- Liaise with Internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of the business

Support Activities:
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence unit to roll out campaigns on time to target customers to ensure targets are met
- Support execution of campaigns on various channels
- Scan the market for competition analysis
- Liaise with different business and support units to internally promote Remittances, identify opportunities and manage product / operations
- Coordinate with Marketing to get deliverables out to market on time.
- Monitor and coordinates IT elements with Project Manager & eChannels Development / IT Departments
- Provide support and interact with the management team Remittances.
- Help set up/ monitor SLAs with support units like CPD and contact centre
- Test customer experience on Remittance offerings and provide inputs for roll out/ fixes as may be applicable
- Analyse complaints and feedback and present opportunities to management for improvement
- Adopt best practices to better customer experience, Identify opportunities for Corrective and Preventive actions and NPS capture

Tracking:
- Review performance reports and get agreed reports out on time
- Analyse and report customer migration trends
- Report any deviations from target achievement for steering the course of business
- Help analyse trends of Remittances and users

Occasional Duties:
- Provide onsite / in-branch training to staff and internal customers on usage
- Organise internal/external customer education seminars / trainings / demos

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Master's strongly preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in the fields of banking, finance with exposure to web technologies and payments/money transfer mechanisms
