Employment: Full Time

- Provide advice and guidance to the Operations, Maintenance, Environment, Fire and Safety & Training Department.
- Plays a key role in resolving problems affecting operations and optimizing / monitoring conditions for the assurance of reliability and uninterrupted product-supply in coordination of all other supporting departments.
- Formulate innovative propositions to enhance the performance of existing units or systems to optimize production and cost effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support to the Operations staffs, Contractors, Vendors planning, investigation, maintenance, repair and installation of variety of machines and equipment to ensure that all objectives are met effectively.
- Jobs at this level are characterized ability to provide high levels of trouble-shooting and complex problem solving skills in delivering capabilities.
- Review and monitor all aspects of Operations to ensure all operation parameters are met for the smooth and efficient and total reliability of the plant.
- Enhance operational process though process design enhancement in order to improve productivity, reduce production cost & maintenance cost.
- Contribute to the preparation of the preventive maintenance strategy and procedure to schedule maintenance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance planning department to identify equipment history for all maintenance systems.
- Support Operations team in critical and emergency situation to mitigate the risks of emergency and critical circumstances.
- Coordinate on all technical issues with all engineers and Maintenance & Warehouse department.
- Work closely with Operations and Engineering department to resolve operational problems/ changes to the process in order to improve the operability of equipments and plant operations.
- Participate and contribute in meeting related to review and improvement of PDH/PP Operation and Maintenance Systems and study the performance post change on need basis.
- Keep track of technological developments instruments and services in order to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations procedure and services.
- Utilize software applications such as Meridium PLA to monitor and investigate quality issues recorded from non-conformity reports.
- Identify training needs from incident investigation to design effective training programs.
- Establish, implement and oversee the quality systems in line with the company and industry standards.
- Operational excellence carry out more complex trouble shooting, monitor equipment performance; contribute to the design and review of modification proposals to fully utilize system capabilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or relevant branch of Engineering. Job need process design know how and capability, good knowledge of common polymers, hydrocarbons process, familiarity with engineering drawings and schematic diagrams and the ability to interpret design/build drawings.
- At least 12 Years of operational, experience in a petrochemical, PDH, polymer, chemical plant of refinery.
- Address a wide range of complex technical, engineering and project issues that requires significant level of evaluation judgment.
- Work with situations requiring in-depth analytical interpretive, constructive & best practices available in the industry.
