Operations Supervisor - Night - Mall Management - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are looking to recruit a Night - Operations Supervisor within Cairo Festival City - Mall Management team. Through this role you will be responsible for implementing the cleaning, Security, landscape, goods delivery, shops fitting out & FM plan for Cairo Festival City Mall, ensuring the provision of highest standards with schedule of all above mentioned services.Your job responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Responsible for implementing the housekeeping plan for the internal and external areas of the mall to be hand over for morning shift on best in class for Mall customers experience.
- Responsible for implementing the security plan and strategy for the internal and external areas of the mall to be hand over for morning shift on best in class for Mall customers experience.
- Responsible for implementing the traffic plan and strategy for the goods delivery time schedule.
- Keep daily communication with all parties (Mall Management) and (Key Accounts) on daily basis with daily feedback.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to all functions of mall and taking necessary action thereof.
- Responsible for tracking performance levels of the contractors providing all level of services against by routinely assessing performance against checklist, identifying defaults or shortcomings in service levels, and based on same prepare necessary report for management review and provide suggestions regarding actions for improving service standards.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Graduate.
- Minimum Experience: 5-7 Years of relevant operations experience preferably in shopping centre/ mall/ hotel/ hospital, with a very high customer focus and adherence to service standards.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Same field experienced - preferably in a retail environment such as a Shopping centers, or alternatively in a large size hospital/ hotel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data base applications.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Flexible to work on on night shift bases, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. (including weekends and official holidays)
