Operations Supervisor - Security - Mall Management - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are looking to recruit a Security - Operations Supervisor within Cairo Festival City - Mall Management team. Through this role you will be responsible for monitoring Cairo Festival City Mall security plan for implementation, ensuring the provision of high standards of security services by the contracted company, with the objective of minimizing the occurrence of any untoward incident; and in the event of one, effectively controlling it. Your job responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Responsible for monitoring the Services provider daily attendance sheets.
- Immediately take control of any mishap/ incident which may occur during operating hours by assessing the situation and initiating the set procedures related to effective management and control of the situation so as to minimize any material or physical loss.
- Responsible for ensuring that the security staff are in good looking and well trained to recognize and follow procedures related to any crisis.
- Responsible for tracking performance levels of Services provider against weekly reports assessing performance against checklist,
- Prepare routine reports, the latter being primarily to log any un routine incident, mishap or accident; with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to safety and security of the mall and taking necessary action thereof.
- Understanding of the safety and security procedures and based on ground level assessment, give advice on further improving performance and service levels.

Requirements

- University Graduate.
- 5-7 Years of relevant Security experience preferably in shopping centre/ mall/ hotel/ hospital, with a very high customer focus and adherence to service standards.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Same field experienced - preferably in a retail environment such as a Shopping centers, or alternatively in a large size hospital/ hotel.
- Background in the Civil/ Defence Service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data base applications.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Flexible to work on on rotational shift bases, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. (including weekends and official holidays)
