The RoleThe Role• Manage the Plant operation Teams support the milling Production plan. • Executing own business process responsibilities and supervising compliance of subordinates. • Holding team members responsible for their delegated work and tasks • Do training of technicians and quality control of production work to optimize availability • Develop training plans for individual operators and shift leader. • Do performance appraisals of his team. • Assist with commissioning of new plants ensuring all manuals, drawings, spare parts and training is delivered. • Ensure that SHE laws and procedures are complied with taking ownership of work areas delegated to him for housekeeping and maintaining it. • Maintaining and controlling own, special and workshop tools. • Responsibility of wheat inventory in sage system. |
RequirementsRequirements• A minimum of 5 to 8 years strong production experience in GH (Green House) plant. • Engineering qualification • Well developed leadership skills and experience in handling IR related problems. • Computer literacy – Microsoft Windows, • Knowledge of plant and operations. • Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and systems • Good communication skills towards all levels within the company • Be goal orientated, stable, show integrity and be able to make decisions under pressure • Be prepared to work outside normal working hours • Be goal orientated, stable, show integrity and be able to make decisions under pressure |
