The RoleThe RoleOperations Team Leader Wealth Management Basic £neg dependent on experience + benefits + bonus The role is with a leading Investment Bank in the GCC and is based in their Wealth Management Division. he Operations Team Leader will supervise and monitor the development of Clients Relationships Department infrastructure, including procedures, compliance, sales plans, sales monitoring systems, team recruitment, trainings, compliance with regulatory rules, developing internal rules and procedures, internal audit Ideal candidates will need to have current experience working in operations in the Private Banking/ Asset Management division. Experience of setting up new departments and involvement in recruiting and developing a sales team. Excellent understanding of Risk and compliance. Ability to develop and implement strategy. Monitor internal procedures and enhance process. Strong English and preferable Arabic language skill |
