Operations Technical Competence Advisor, Dubai UAE, $70,000+

Essential Job Experience:

Possess the ability to fulfill the following requirements:

-Interact fluently with Emirate co-workers.
-Co-ordinate development of technical skills for national apprentices and offshore employees.
-Support identification of technical training needs/gaps and assist in measuring its impact on the organisation.
-Be accountable for the organizations apprentice program and offshore employee competence, development and succession. Inherent in this will be technical and safety training and incident management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience with offshore operations

Education Requirements:
Required: V1 or A1 Assessor qualification or equivalent

Applicant Requirements:
You will spend approximately 3 days of the week offshore.
Evidenced background dealing with apprentices.
Experience in a GCC location with different nationalities.

Additional added beneficial skills
The right candidate will hold strong analytical and communication skills and have ability to share knowledge with their team.
