Requirements

The opening is for a Finance and Operations Administrator who who will also support our upcoming streamlined travel processes and support the finance team with Ad hoc reporting. Additionally will provide support to the regional Finance and Operations Directors.

Responsibilities:

- Will help support our new travel Programme by managing travel approvals using the new online travel approval. Travel management is a highly time sensitive task . It will require dealing with and managing the expectations of staff of all grades and deliver to high standards. The role requires quick thinking, ability to manage exceptions and being able to respond to queries in an efficient manner.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting of monthly financial reporting, preparing travel reports, production of high quality documents and presentations, and data analysis.
- Will be responsible for limited amount of diary management and for supporting the Finance and Operations Directors (this includes managing expenses, booking meetings and calls for Senior Staff and managing diaries)
- Providing administrative support for the Finance team in tasks such as coordinating tasks and data between country finance teams, assisting teams with filing reports and documents etc.- Strong academic background with a good Bachelors degree in finance/accounting a reputable university
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills desired)
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Experience and ability to deal with senior staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Ability to fit well in a large multi-territory environment
- Ability to work largely independently but at the same time able to support large teams
- Knowledge of Finance and Operations is definitive advantage
