Job description / Role

Due to expansion the position of Operations Officer has become available.
Reporting to the Field Services Manager you will be responsible for planning on a day to day basis where/when and who the service engineers service.
This will include communicating with the engineers, planning the travel for the engineers as they are based in the GCC.
It will be a requirement to be on call 2 weekends a month but it is not required to be in the office.
You will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing their diary/plan, dealing with issues from clients in relation to delays.
Requirements
Candidates must be from a technical industry background, ideally working in a similar role in an engineering company.
You will have excellent communication skills, excellent diary management skills and a strong personality to communicate with difficult clients and stressful situations.
You will understand the operations process recently worked in a admin or operations function previously for this industry.
Degree qualified not essential.
You will be currently based in the UAE.
