The RoleThe RoleOperate and monitor MSF Desalination plant and its performance parameters and take appropriate action to correct deviations from established standards to ensure continuity of operations and provision of water production in a safe and reliable manner according to water demands. Minimum Qualifications: • Technical Diploma from a recognized institute OR • High School graduate Minimum Experience: • 3 years’ relevant plant operational experience in a large industrial environment as control room operator for a Diploma holder OR • 6 – 8 years’ relevant plant operational experience in a large industrial environment including 3 years as control room operator for a High School graduate Job-Specific Skills: • Thorough understanding of all relevant operational processes. • Thorough understanding of all relevant operational policies and procedures. • Basic understanding of routine maintenance tasks. • Thorough understanding of relevant operational control limits and tolerances. |
