We are currently looking to hire a Operator Trainer to join our Famco operations in Saudi Arabia.

This position requires responsibility for training operators on the Heavy Construction Equipment and reports to the Sales Support Coordinator.

Main Objectives

* Assumes responsibility for on-site equipment operation training
* Imparts operation based training in Branch and at customer site to the operators at the time of delivery and also as and when required
* Is the divisional focal point for all operator trainings

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Provide on-the-job training to new operators on heavy construction equipments such as articulated haulers, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders and motor graders
* Imparts operator trainings to new operators as and when there is a new sale or if there is a general requirement
* Imparts knowledge of safe working procedures to the operators
* Disseminates trainings received from Principals to other operators
* Effectively communicate valuable client feedback to the Manager
* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Requirements

The selected candidates will have the following qualifications,skillls and attributes:

* Diploma in Operator Training (or a similar field)
* 5-7 years of experience in Heavy Machinery/Equipment operation.
* Able to speak Arabic
* Preferably certified operator trainer with good communication ability with customers
* Exhibit good personal character, commitment, and work habits
