The RoleThe RoleObjective: Manging the Billing Database Oracle DBA: Oracle certified with >3 years experience. Main Responsibilities: • Managing Production, Development and Test Oracle databases in 24x7 environment • Installing, configuring and upgrading of Oracle server software & related products • Configuring Online backups using RMAN and performing recoveries when needed • Performance tuning of databases • Improving service availability and quality through Problem Management • Doing trend analysis for table space growth • User management and Security management • Managing Physical and Logical structure of the Database Reporting to : Billing Director Subordinates : None Number required : 3 Duration : 2 years renewable Desired start date : July - September 2009 Probation : 3 Month Working hours : 45 Hours per week Travel requirements : None Commission / Bonus : None Other Benefits : None |
