Job description / Role
The incumbent will be dedicated technical ERP project staff responsible for various areas of the project. This role will require an experienced Oracle Developer/Analyst with ERP, Forms and Reports development experience. This position will require working closely with various implementation teams for a period of time to be determined by the ESNAAD’s Technical Management Lead. His/her responsibility involves:
• Building Oracle Work Flows
• Document process workflows as received from the business, and configure system to match such workflow.
• Create technical design specifications based on functional requirements as received from Business Analyst.
• To carry out development/enhancement/troubleshooting work for Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Scripts as required by the technical or functional user units
• Responsible for the design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation to ensure work can be efficiently maintained in the future.
• Adhere to the Oracle OUM Software Development Lifecycle process.
• Research solutions to business problems and gaps, by utilizing Oracle Applications standard functionality, whenever possible.
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement where the business can leverage Oracle functionality that did not exist in previous systems.
• Successful candidate will be responsible for Writing Oracle test script for Oracle application 11i or later.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle's OUM method
Requirements
• 5+ years of technical experience as an Oracle ERP developer with excellent experience in custom reports generation.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting enhancements to Oracle enterprise applications and their related integrations, analyzing and resolving issues.
• Work with functional business analysts, business process owners and other technical team members for a given requirement or process
• Oracle BI Applications experience on Oracle E Business Suite is a plus (i.e. Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Procurement Analytics, and etc.)
• Experience in at least 3 implementations of Oracle 12.X or later.
• Preferably OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) and /or OCM (Oracle Certified Master)
• Experience in Application Server 12.X or later is a MUST
