Oracle HR System Manager – Fusion

Job description / Role

Based in Dubai my client are currently recruiting for an experienced Oracle HR Systems Manager to play a lead role and be responsible for planning, leading and executing IT projects of varying scope, risk and complexity for the HR function specifically. The successful candidate will work on business solutions, define and determine clear deliverables, requirements, resources and manage the projects on behalf of the Corporate IT steering committee. Candidates will also analyze the operational and financial impact, coordinate the implementation of Business Systems , interact & manage stakeholders, vendors, contractors and consultants along with guiding and mentoring specialized teams working on these projects.

Requirements

Candidates for this role will have the following attributes:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree holder with a tertiary qualification in project management
• At least 8 – 10 years of experience in IT
• Experience of leading and independently managed complex business system implementations across the HR Services in an Oracle environment.
• Core experience of implementation and support for Oracle HR Back office applications like Oracle HR Fusion
