RequirementsRequirementsThe role will encompass a mix of support and implementation of the existing Oracle HRMS system currently in place. They are looking to implement Oracle i-recruitment and HR intelligence. Candidate must have at least 4 - 6 year’s implementation experience and completed a minimum of 3 full cycle implementations in core HR and Payroll. Ability to develop XML and discoverer reports, ability to change payroll fast formulas, ability to modify process using workflow configurations and AME, ability to test systems and ability to apply generalist knowledge to HR projects. Must have ability to communicate and conduct presentations effectively. |
