Main Responsibilities: Developer specializing in Oracle OLFM (Oracle Lease and Finance Management) Capital Lease product
(We are not interested in candidates without OLFM Capital Lease development experience)

Reporting to : Development Team Business Analyst
Other interactions : CEO, CIO and Operations Manager
Number required : 1
Duration : 2 Year Contract, Renewable
Desired start date : ASAP
Probation : 3 Months
Working hours : Sat - Thursday 9am-5pm (Occasional outside depending on deadlines)
Travel requirements : None
Gross monthly base salary : 15000 SAR per month, Tax Free, Family Status available if required

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
Other certifications obtained: Oracle Certifications a Bonus
Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years performing development and customization on Oracle Lease and Finance Management Capital Lease product (specifically) OLFM / OLM
Specialist knowledge: Oracle Lease and Finance Management Capital Lease OLFM / OLM
Age Range: 20-50
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: India / Jordan
Language Fluency: English Essential, Arabic a Bonus

About the Company

Afras was set up in 1976 to compete for building, and hospital operation and maintenance contracts in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since then, we’ve expanded to cover a range of business areas, including hospitality, security, pest control, housekeeping and cleaning, and landscaping and commercial gardening.

Not only are we highly regarded by our clients, we also enjoy classification grades in nine areas from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs’ Contractors Classification Agency. For example we hold Grade 1 classification in both the Maintenance of Buildings and the Maintenance of Medical Centers.

We’ve also expanded into other regions: starting with a further branch in the western region in Jeddah, we then opened offices in Dammam, Taif, and most recently Makkah. Our plan is to open further Afras branches to improve our service throughout the Kingdom.
