Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The OPM Support Analyst position is a highly motivated individual who is responsible for the definition, design, and support of solutions in support of business requirements in area of Oracle Process Manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for the functional requirements definition, solution design, implementation, and maintenance of various OPM Modules (Product Development, Process Execution, Process Inventory, Process Planning, Process Costing and Manufacturing Accounting Controller etc.) . The candidate will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing, and executing application projects and enhancements. Additionally, the candidate will be play a critical role of ensuring that developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements and specifications related to applications

Relationships:
Reports to the ERP Process Lead

Requirements

- Serves as a subject matter expert
- Develops or adapt material for training
- Gathers and validates change requests and bug fix requirements while liaising with Development team (L3)
- Assists in testing of new application functions, releases and promotions
- Liaises with Data Center and other Business application groups day to day operations
- Troubleshoots and resolves tickets and communicates the solution to Clients via the Service Desk ticketing system
- Answers, analyzes and provides quality checks for incoming tickets and routes them appropriately

Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance OR Costing
- Professional Accountancy Certification is a plus
- 7-8 years post qualification experience in Oracle ERP Applications Functional Support
- Experience in domain for IT process (overall risk, exposure, size and complexity)
- Excellent SQL skills
