Job description / Role
The P2P Analyst provides functional and technical support to users for applications or systems. This position works directly with the ERP users and functional owners.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and creating master data in his/her domain
Reports to the ERP Process Lead
Requirements
- Serves as a subject matter expert
- Develops or adapt material for training
- Gathers and validates change requests and bug fix requirements while liaising with Development team (L3)
- Assists in testing of new application functions, releases and promotions
- Liaises with Data Center and other Business application groups day to day operations
- Troubleshoots and resolves tickets and communicates the solution to Clients via the Service Desk ticketing system
- Answers, analyzes and provides quality checks for incoming tickets and routes them appropriately
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Professional Accountancy Certification is a plus
- 7-8 years post qualification experience in Oracle ERP Applications Functional Support
- Experience in domain for IT process (overall risk, exposure, size and complexity)
- Hands on Oracle Applications Experience
- Working knowledge of Fixed assets Sub ledger module
- Excellent SQL skills
