Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Daily upload of customer orders on SAP system through the Order Acquisition Tools.
- Validation and daily checks of the uploaded orders on the system.
- Purchase order creation and coordination with the plants for preparation of shipment.
- Generation and sending of invoices to the plants.
- Coordinate with DHL to courier original invoices.
- Properly track timely customer billing of orders. Regularly run reports to check incomplete order & Inventories at DC to make sure orders are correctly billed on time.
- Coordinate with Key users to fix order having any issue due to which billing is stuck for any reason.
- Timely completion and communication of order change confirmations to plant/planners.
- Assign correct reason codes for root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with All Source plant to ensure compliance of Revenue Recognition and monthly cut-off procedures in line with SAP.
- Maintain tracking of order change request.
- Coordinates issues related to short/excess/damaged shipments with Logistic/plant team.
- Maintain complete tracking of all Credit Notes/Debit Notes issued to customers with related supporting documents.
- Maintain and carry forward / cancel previous open orders between months.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Excel. Fluent in English. Detail oriented
- The candidate needs to be reliable
- Have high sense of ownership and diligence when following up on documentation
- On Time Shipment with the plants.
- Also, need to have analytical skills, and good customer service relationship skills
