The RoleThe RoleOn behalf of our client, a leading and reputed local holding company, we are looking for an Ordering Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include: Regular appraisal and reporting on critical order and allocation issues. Responsible for all vehicle orders Global Ordering System(GO) Communication with clients in Dubai Ensuring seamless sales order processing and conformity to DMEL standards. Monitoring of competitors activities in Marketing and Pricing. Managing yearly & monthly Order Planning, Allocation of cars, etc. Analysis of stock, transit and orders and appraising the management Updating management through PSI Ordering special cars through German based modifiers like M/s. BINZ, AMG, etc as per customer requirements Calculation of cost of customer orders, stock orders based on cost prices and price parameters supplied by our Principals Answering all queries related to special orders of customer specific requirements for different models of MB Fleet orders calculations |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum requirement: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field - Male / Female, preferably Filipino or Arab National - 3 4 years of relevant inventory management experience preferably within automotive industry - Strong coordination and administration skills - Hardworking and can work under pressure |
