Organisation Development Consultant - Military - KSA

Our client is a recognized leading technology solutions provider in the region and they are seeking an Organisation Development Consultant to establish and sustain organizational effectiveness and change activity in support of the achievement of the business strategy and HR business agenda.

Key role responsibilities:
- The Oragnisation Development Consultant will lead the Aspects of organizational design including the establishment of new reporting structures in line with the business restructuring programme.
- Ensure the best principles are applied in the restructuring programmes to ensure effectiveness of the new design
- Establish clear programme of oragnisational transition to new structure
- Define manpower plan and resources gaps and develop contingency plan to ensure successful completion of the initiative
- Develop and use methods and metrics for evaluation of learning and program effectiveness
- Review administrative policies, procedures, guidelines and related directives to be implemented
- Facilitate and lead change and transition efforts in various parts of the organization to ensure identified goals are fully achieved
- Identify training and development needs across work areas through formal and informal assessment

Requirements

- Ideal candidates will possess 5 years experience in orchestrating organizational change
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and facility in working with senior leadership teams
